This hotel in Melaka offers affordable rates and good quality accommodation. The location is excellent, and the staff's hospitality is outstanding. The lobby has a soothing ambiance. However, one downside is the lifts; they are somewhat old and small, but they still serve their purpose. The previous name of this hotel was LaCrista.

What made the whole stay experience perfect was the service from members. I had a long car that was tough for their narrow upper level parking space, after requesting with the front desk, both Gary and Ezz helped me look into the situation taking ownership over the request for ground parking. The front desk receptionist who attended to my request was really cheerful and gives such a welcoming feel
