Never stay again
This hotel is old nodel, it only stay because of the location, it's close to the place of plaza Surabaya.
The room is old and bed is simple not so cozy. The hot water shower didnt work well, tv program limit, air conditioner not cold, all is old and simple. The only thing good thing is  tea maker. But it's power cable is limited for guest like me.
I would never recommend this hotel, and I wouldnt stay again in the future.

If you love the smell of an ashtray, this is your place. Otherwise, stay far away—this hotel reeks of smoke and disappointment. Not recommended at all. Think twice before coming here.

Avoid staying here, not worth the money. Run down and dirty. There is a pool but I am not sure anyone is brave enough to get into it. Bedsheets were clean but the cigarettes smell in the room was disgusting. There was thick long hair everywhere in the room. Bathroom was dirty.

If you're looking to book this hotel, BE AWARE that the room is not clean. Dust everywhere, smell of moldy AC, dirty sheets, and pillows, and don't even get me started on the bathroom. The bathroom is so outdated and worn out that I didn't even feel comfortable to take a shower. I've booked over 150+ hotels, and I have to say that this is at the bottom 5 of places I recommend. Booked for two nights and I was already looking to leave early, but options were limited for my budget.

Breakfast is served with a forced wake up by knocking on the door at 7:30am room service style.. that's super odd to me since I've stayed at so many hotels and its usually always a buffet breakfast. I slept late and woke up super early because of that....

The only positive I can think of was the location of this hotel. It's close to monuments, malls and most major attractions at the city center.

Room feels old but quite clean. Cigarette smoke odor on hallways is irritating, but thankfully there is no odor in the room. Pool is small but nice, but water is a bit dirty. Location is the main strength of this hotel. Overall good value for money.
