Grand Park City Hall Hotel, a long name. Central location, close to tourist activities is there claim. Three kilometers, from parks and restaurants to the pier. If you like walking, you'll be happy here. But some activities may be too far. So download Grab and use their car. The reception area was a bit crowded because the room is small. But the staff quickly got everyone checked in and moving down the hall. Breakfast was good, crowded but we always found a table. Thanks to the kitchen staff, efficient and able. The main room control panel was a bit confusing. Trying to get the lighting just right was somewhat amusing. But overall the room and hotel was clean, quiet and nice. And we were satisfied and happy with the price.

Grand Park City Hall is located in a really convenient area with many malls and eateries just within walking distance. It’s also highly accessible with the City Hall MRT and Clarke Quay MRT just less than 10min walk away. There’s also a lot of attractions nearby which are kids friendly! This includes the Children’s Museum which is FOC for locals, as well as the Central Fire Station Museum! We were privileged to have Crystal Club access and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The service staff were all very hospitable and helpful! Check in was really smooth and we were brought to the Crystal Club Lounge to have some tea while the staff handled the administrative processes. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were great too! They served up some local delights and the staff were really attentive to our needs too! They saw that I had a 10month old baby, and got the chef to cook some eggs so she could enjoy the meal with us too! They also arranged a baby cot which was a lifesaver as my baby could be left in it so we could catch a breather. Not to forget that they even arranged for some cake to be delivered to our room because we weee there to celebrate our anniversary! Would definitely be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Park City Hall. Very central with great shopping nearby and getting to local attractions is so easy. The buffet breakfast is great with lots of variety. The pool is large with lots of day beds and amenities, including a nice, well equipped, gym next to it. The pool closes at 10pm so treating yourself to a night time swim after a day out is a great treat. The room itself was the only let down. The fridge is NOT cold so don't look to put anything in it. Also, whilst I appreciate using technology to try and enhance your guest experience, the central control system is just over complicating what should be simple steps. A simple light, fan, and A/C switch would be so much better. On the positive side, the bed was super comfortable, the shower nice and hot, and the room really dark with great block out curtains. We found all the staff really friendly and helpful, especially the door guy's who always greeted us with a big smile and a laugh.

I really enjoyed my stay! Checked in at 01:30 and the receptionist was extremely professional and welcoming. The room was beautiful and well maintained. The cuisine/ breakfast was delicious. Would return again!
