Grand Millennium KL has always been my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable & relaxing. All staff are friendly, professional & always ready to help. Breakfast at the restaurant is always fresh, with a rotating menu that keeps it exciting. The restaurant team truly stands out, especially En. Mubarak, Zalmi, Azrin, Khalida, Riduan with their cheerful & helpful service. They always greet guests with a smile & go the extra mile. Special thanks also to Hotel Manager Kenneth for his professionalism & warm hospitality. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, close to shopping malls, restaurants & other key spots. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient & comfortable stay in KL. One area that could be improved is the check-in process. During my recent stay, despite booking & confirming early online, I had to wait until nearly 6 PM as the room was still being cleaned. An earlier check-in option would be appreciated for guests arriving ahead of time. Other than that, everything was superb.

Elegant and luxurious room, well-decorated and spacious rooms complemented with fluffy bed and magnificent view overlooking the pavilion, starhill, and fahrenheit mall, large swimming pool. One of the best and my most favourite hotel that I’ve ever stayed in KL. I stayed in thus hotel for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is superb it only takes 5 minutes to reach the nearest MRT station and pavilion, starhill, and fahrenheit mall. It also only takes 15 minutes to reach the new tun razak exchange mall. Every morning in front of the hotel there’s a delicious nasi lemak seller complete with its various appetizing side dishes, perfect for breakfast if you didn’t take the hotel breakfast package. No words are adequate to describe my pleasant stay in this hotel. Staying in this hotel was one of the highlight in my trip, will definitely stay in this hotel again for my next visit to KL. An excellent hotel with an impressive lobby right in the middle of the shopping precinct . Spacious well appointed rooms with a luxurious feel. Attentive friendly staff and great service. It has a couple of good restaurants if you don't feel like venturing out. An excellent location with the Pavilion right next door and several other malls near by and literally hundreds of eating options within a short walk. A good value for money hotel. It is an extremely busy location traffic wise and in general. The one thing to avoid is getting laundry done at the hotel, the cost is outrageous, one bag on laundry cost more than a nights accommodation

The Mill Cafe I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. There was something to suit every taste. A special mention goes to Mr. Mubarak, who truly made our visit exceptional. He was polite, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout our meal. Always serving with a smile, Mr. Mubarak made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. His friendly and professional attitude added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended for both the food and the outstanding staff.

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — they prepared the room beautifully with romantic touches that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel offers a stunning view of the city’s skyscrapers, and the location is perfect — right on Arab Street and just a short walk from Pavilion Mall. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were always professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended for couples, especially for special occasions like honeymoons. We would definitely stay here again! ?
