TLDR: Extremely affordable hotel for everything it has to offer. Great service, location, and amenities. Service: - The front desk staff that was working on January 19th were amazing. They upgraded me for free. - The receptionist went out of her way to show me the different tourist sites within the neighborhood. Her English skills were also great. - Cleaners were very kind when I accidentally got locked out. Location: - Hotel is located in a very safe gated neighborhood. - 15 minutes walk from the Bell Tower/Drum Tower/Muslim Quarters/ City Wall - 30 minutes walk from Daming Palace / Xian Railway Station - Around 7 minutes walk to the nearest subway station - Never had trouble finding a taxi or calling a DiDi Hotel: - The lobby is small but you won't be spending much time here. - The room decor is on the older side but everything worked well and the ambience felt homey. - The gym and swimming pool is accessed through their sister hotel, Sofitel. There's a few Accor branded hotels in this gated community all 2-3 minute walk from each other. - They offer room service, restaurant, bar, and spa services.

I had a cosy and a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful with smiling face. The breakfast buffet was lovely and I loved the digital lighting in my room. The hotel is in a compound with other hotel and it was very convenient for me to visit my friends staying in the neighboring hotel. It is conveniently located near many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee shops.

Very elegant and beautiful hotel tucked away in a secluded little square. The king bed was more like two queens put together. Very large. Bathroom was nice as well. The only setback is no internet access in the rooms and unreliable internet connection in the lobby.

A good experience in Xi'an with great people. Staff attended warmly to some sightseeing and show me how to take the train. The pool is okay although need to walk to other building, it's good for health. The breakfast was not that much but it's so so. The environment is so cosy for my short trip. And I would like to come back here.
