I would say that I am satisfied with my stay here. The most important thing is the privacy for my family members due to the private pool in the room. 2 king sized beds are very comfortable. Hotel management should lower the price for breakfast buffet to attract more customers. However, the management should seriously start to do proper maintenance of the wear and tear in the room.

Dear Lexis Group, I sincerely appreciate your team of wonderful, passionate, and dedicated individuals who go above and beyond for their guests. During my stay, I booked two nights at different hotels (Grand Lexis & Lexis). Though I had to transfer my luggage and check in again, your team’s attentiveness and seamless coordination made the process effortless. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to check in smoothly and hassle-free immediately after checking out from the first hotel. Kudos to your team for their outstanding service! Thank you for the warm hospitality and an excellent experience at such an affordable rate.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Tanesh Silvam for going above and beyond in helping me plan a surprise birthday for a friend who was checked into the hotel. He was incredibly accommodating to all my requests and even stayed back to work overtime just to make sure everything was done exactly as I envisioned. Though it's quite an old chalet but there was some maintenance which I can see. What disappointed me was the next door room smoked at the balcony and we were relaxing at our Balcony enjoying the tea break. The cigarettes smell/smoke was horrible! The housekeeping did not sweep the balcony. The cups were not washed properly. No hand towel. The rain shower the speed of the water was so slow and not warm/hot even though already at the red zone which the sticker indicated "beware or hot water".
