I had a pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay at Grand Eska Hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful with all my needs and requests. I would like to point out a particular staff for his wonderful service- Felix. He ensure our check-in and checkout service were well taken care of. Thank you Felix! Would 100% recommend people to have their batam stay here.

The suite was splendid! The decor and ambience of the room was perfect for our mini celebration of both my birthday and our first wedding anniversary. High tea at the Angel Lounge had a good spread and the staff, especially Faisal was helpful and provided service with a smile:) we will def be back:)

The best hotel breakfast in Batam, has a lot of food choices. I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming over here again, it is a kids friendly too. All the staff are friendly and helpful, fast respond. Thank you so much to the staff, and especially Aurel who were in charge of the breakfast restaurant
