Gotten a family room and i must say their housekeeping is tiptop. Daily cleanings and replenishing of amenities, staffs are polite and rooms are very clean and spacious. Walking distance to St Paul Ruins and Senado Square. Hotel has a small casino in their premises. Overall, we were very happy with our stay throughout and definitely will book again if we are back in Macau next time. Thank you for the good service rendered.

Nice hotel, which is convenient located to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins. Free one-time mini bar. Nice breakfast. Seems to be occupied by many seniors, and I think it shows that it caters well to sensitive needs of patrons, including seniors.

Wonderful Stay at Grand Emperor Hotel This is my second visit, and it never disappoints! The service from Sabina and Mike was truly amazing. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The room was luxurious and spotless, adding to the overall comfort. This is Grand Hotel. Pretty cool. I smell a little bit of smoking in the room. Maybe the smoke comes out from AC. You need to deposit MOP 500, they will refund it to your card within one or two weeks. Location is good.
