The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the MRT station. There are shops very close by, including a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants stretching along the river, which creates a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always happy to assist with anything we needed. On the ground floor, there is a small convenience shop where you can buy basic items such as drinks, snacks, and other essentials, which is very convenient. As for the pool, it is on the smaller side, but that didn’t bother us at all — most of the time it was nearly empty, so it felt very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding — an incredible variety of food, all fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. A perfect start to the day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves its 5-star rating.

I love the 8 series rooms, super huge, outstanding size of room overlooking Robertson Quay and the pools and rivers. Loved the view, quietness, exclusivity. Filtered water tap in room was impressive. Love the stylish sofa, super king bed was comfy. 🛌 One thing I super love is The Lobby Lounge, do business meetings here often & outdoor terrace veranda, filled with gorgeous outdoor furniture. Loved looking at the river and the dogs hanging around always are so cute. Also love the breakkie & buffet, buffet have very reasonable offers, accessible parking here too. Brought my bff Jean Danker, and my aesthetic doctor Dr Jeanel for an amazing dining session hosted by F&B manager Bob & Kong. We enjoyed their SNOW CRAB, sushi sashimi and their Japanese riverside Izakaya grilled beef, seafood, chicken, cheese with meats, alcohol 🍺 🍸 🍷 drinks, champagne 🥂 etc it was abs delish and 10/10 service. Breakfast was perfect esp w Nutella chocolate 🍫 toast which I missed so much 😭

After a long haul flight it was nice to be greeted at the door of our taxi and assisted with luggage. We were an early morning arrival so couldn't get into a room straight away but the staff offered us a key card to the pool area for us to shower and change so we could freshen up. They then gave us guidance where we could get food, coffee etc while we waited for our room to become available. The room was clean, large and of a high standard. Staff were friendly at all times. The breakfast offered by the hotel was the best I have ever seen. It catered to all tastes including westerners, Asian, Indian and continental. Breads, fruits, cooked and cold. Beautiful! The location was close to shops, the MRT was a few minutes walk away and the hotel room was very quiet. Excellent location on the river within walking distance of Clarke Quay etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service from the start to the end! Pleasantly located near town with nearby Havelock MRT (Take Exit 4) and near Chinatown too. Bought the Valentine's Day staycation offer and had a delightful time. Had welcome chocolates, dinner included at club lounge at level 29! Staff there helped us take pictures, even the staff at front entrance. Room was big and love the filtered water tap in room made it easy for us to get water late at night. Next day 1-for-1 brunch (separate payment) was awesome! Widespread buffet with Musicians who sang from table to table, along with a magician! Really made our lunch fun! Note: there's a 7-11 behind the hotel too, walk across the bridge along the row of other restaurants

I recently completed a 10-night stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Being so close to both a bus stop and the Havelock MRT station made navigating Singapore incredibly easy. Spacious Rooms with a View: My room was impressively large—a rarity in Singapore—and featured a stunning panoramic view across the Singapore River. Watching the buildings and the city lights every evening was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast That Never Gets Old: Usually, after a few days, hotel breakfasts can feel repetitive. However, the variety here was so extensive that even after 10 mornings, especially the various Asian options, I still looked forward to it. There are plenty of options to suit every palate. Top-Tier Service: The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone I encountered was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They truly made me feel welcome throughout my long stay. Summary: A great room, a great view, and even better service. I would highly recommend the Grand Copthorne Waterfront to anyone looking for a seamless and high-quality stay in Singapore. I’d book it again.
