The hotel lobby is nicely maintained and clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, I noticed that the receptionist lacked a friendly smile, which could have improved the overall experience. The cleanliness of the bed and bathroom was subpar, and some toiletries were missing.

Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Surabaya, very strategic location in the middle of Surabaya near the shopping center. Very comfortable room and very friendly staff service. All good food for breakfast.

Stayed there for 1 night in between our 7 days road trip to East Java from Bali. We arrived there in the evening, they provided valet parking, the staff were nice. They have a nice roof top restaurant with great views. The food tasted great and the price was affordable. The room is standard and clean. The breakfast was also good.
