I stayed at GBW Hotel in Johor Bahru and was impressed by how spacious and well-equipped it is. Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers complete facilities. My deluxe room was very clean and had everything I needed. The service was excellent—from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the free parking, which made my stay even more convenient and worry-free. Overall, it was great value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Booked it on Agoda. Deluxe twin room was big and well furnished but old.. the door knob of the toilet could be detached if you pull it with moderate force. Also weird black marks on the mirror. But the staffs were hospitable and the convenience store at the lobby is a very good addition. You get what you pay for.

I stayed in a cozy, spacious room and comfortable. Today, May 18, 2025, is my last night here before the hotel begins its major renovation. I’m glad I got to experience this lovely place beforehand and look forward to seeing the refreshed space in the future!
