Lovely Hotel, staff were fantastic and so friendly! The room was super clean and tidy, beds comfortable and the room had its own heat pump which kept the place super toasty. We had the breakfast both days and it was packaged and very healthy and delicious. Great location handy to the CBD and just down the road from the Mall. Thanks again team!

Updated review: my last review was for the cafe, which is fantastic and we visit frequently. I’ve now been there to enjoy the restaurant too. Also super friendly and accommodating, really great for big groups. When you’re dining with 50 people it’s actually perfect; no waiting for everyone to decide what they’re having, no slow complicated ordering & not getting to eat at the same time as there’s just too many of you and no messy bill splitting. There’s a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes and they’re replenished really promptly. Just make sure you leave room for dessert!!! Everything was excellent. A very large group of us met for breakfast/lunch at the café / restaurant. They'd kindly moved things around a little to accommodate us. Such friendly, helpful staff and great service. Good food and a nice choice of cakes. I was really impressed with everything.

Great rooms. Mine was very private. Enjoyed the Chromecast option. Spacious bathroom. Liked the private outdoor area attached to my room. Good workspace in room. Unfortunately the dinner at attached Garden hotel restaurant was incredibly expensive. Yes it was an enjoyable buffet, but overpriced at $48 pp.
