Furama Bukit Bintang has a great location with plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. Our experience started with a minor setback as the first room we were given had some damages in the bathroom. However, the receptionist was helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a different room, which was much better. We stayed in a suite room, which was quite spacious, featuring both a living room and a bedroom. The living room had a desk, making it a good option for those who need to work during their stay. However, one downside was the lack of complimentary water bottles—guests have to get water from an RO filter, which is disappointing for a four-star hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options with delicious food. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience with the first room and the water issue, we had a great experience. The hotel is a nice place to stay, especially for those looking for a comfortable and well-located option in Bukit Bintang.

We stayed at Hotel Furama Bukit Bintang during our trip to Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and close to many restaurants, shops, and transport options. It's a great base for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping kept things neat and tidy. The bathroom was decent but could use a bit of updating. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, both local and international. However, we did notice that the lady chef at the egg counter seemed a bit rude, especially in how she interacted with Indian guests. It was disappointing and felt unnecessary, especially when everyone else on staff was polite and professional. Aside from that, the front desk staff were helpful and courteous, and the pool area was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers good value for money in a central location. With a bit more attention to guest treatment at the breakfast station, the experience would be even better. We’d still consider staying here again for its location and room comfort.

My wife and I spent a night here for a quick getaway and to explore the vibrant Bukit Bintang area and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The location is great, right opposite Lalaport, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We enjoyed strolling around the surrounding Bukit Bintang area in the evening and everything was just a short walk away. The room we stayed in was spacious and offered a lovely view. While the hotel itself is a bit old, the room we stayed was considered comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, they were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back again during our anniversary

I don’t usually write reviews, but after spending two nights here, I felt compelled to share my experience. This hotel truly impressed me in many ways. First, the room size is exceptional. Much larger than what I’ve encountered in many other hotels. It was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn’t a lot, but the food served was delicious. The location is superb within walking distance to popular malls and attractions, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. Another standout feature was the filtered water dispenser just outside the room, offering unlimited refills. I really appreciated this eco-friendly alternative to plastic mineral water bottles. Overall, this hotel is fantastic, nothing to complain about with this price range.
