From the very beginning, Nizar Saberi was a true GEM—supporting us every step of the way, from planning to negotiations, and ensuring every single detail was PERFECT. His professionalism, patience, and positive energy were unmatched. Together with the ever-helpful Nurul Huda, they made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and even fun! And we cannot thank Nurul Huda enough for her excellent support and calm, can-do attitude throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist us with a smile—even with last-minute requests! Her behind-the-scenes efforts played a huge part in the smooth flow of the event. A HUGE shout-out to the behind-the-scenes heroes: Kecik, Bee, and the entire maintenance and service team. You guys brought the energy, the smiles, and the can-do attitude that made everything run like clockwork. The teamwork and dedication were truly next level! Nizar’s commitment to making our event special was evident in every interaction. He was there from start to finish, listening, adjusting, and making sure our every need was met—always with a warm smile and solution in hand. The ambiance was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the vibe? Absolutely electric! Our guests were blown away, and so were we. I would like to share my truly pleasant experience staying at Fraser Place Hotel recently (Room 1112). From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, assisted by staff who were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a modern layout and a very comfortable ambiance. The bed was great, the bathroom spacious, and all the essential amenities were well provided, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. From the well-equipped gym and clean swimming pool to the cozy lounge areas, everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. I was also thoroughly satisfied with the breakfast served at the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, my experience at Fraser Place Hotel was truly worth every cent. It offered not just a clean and comfortable stay, but also excellent service and high-quality facilities. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. A very nice hotel. Good staff. We arrive early need to check in at 2 but instead they let us in at 10. Thank u so much. I'm really exhausted at that time. The early check in help me so much. Love ur hospitality. 5 star indeed for u guys.

It is a great hotel. But we only stay for a night. It is further from the city but if you have a car, it should not be a problem. There are amenities here if you are the type who prefer to cook and wash. The buffet breakfast offers a great variety to choose from.Overall it has been a good experience ???it is fairly new as their swimming pool needs us to go to their next hotel I think but they are owned by the same person. The Hard Rock Cafe is at the lower ground next to this hotel. The surrounding areas are the places where you can eat and drink but I prefer the Hard Rock Cafe. Portion is quite big so if you are a smaller eater, share.
