An fantastic stay at the exceptional hotel. It is at a convenient location with subway and bus options very close by. Our room was modern and spacious with heated floors. We had a room facing the Sungnyemun Gate which lit up every night and was an absolutely beautiful view. We would have liked the bathroom without shower curtains but that’s only a minor issue. Their service was impeccable with friendly English speaking staff and professional service. We received a handwritten card and a box of cookies for staying there on Christmas Day, and it made us feel extra welcomed. Their shuttle service to Seoul Station was timely and appreciated to catch the airport line to Incheon. Thanks Fraser Place for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Pros: ⭐️ Convenient location. Only about a 10-15 minute walk to Seoul Station, myeongdong, and the Seoul tower cable car. 5 minute walk to namdaemun market ⭐️Friendly and multilingual staff ⭐️ Breakfast (came free with the room, but I wouldn’t pay for it) ⭐️ Baggage hold after checkout - I think they’ll even hold it for multiple days ⭐️ Large room and provided water ⭐️ Had at least one US power outlet Cons - beds are fairly hard - street view rooms are noisy. And I don’t mean just traffic noises, but also blaring speakers - inconvenient plug locations near the beds - provided conditioner has no slip so bring your own!

Came here for work during the 3rd week of May and for 3 nights it cost 57000 yen with breakfast for a superior room without breakfast. The rooms are decent and clean with all modern features. TV has many English news channels which is good. They have a gym and Suana (bath house) on the 16th floor and it's free to use. Just bring your own gym clothes/ shoes. This was good considering most of the hotels in Korea charge for this. The gym had everything needed. Location is good for business and traveller. Very decent for the price

Great hotel. Wonderful location with a Palace and street food market in easy walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful when we had a problem with a taxi driver, they went way beyond good service levels.
