I recently dined at Alto Restaurant located on the 20th floor, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, making each dish a delightful experience. I highly recommend trying the Spaghetti Vongole—it's a perfect blend of flavors that will leave you craving more! The ambience of the restaurant was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that complemented the meal beautifully. I must also commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to Mr. Glen, Ricky, Adi, Adjie, Gio, Rifai, Bakrie Ms. Samara, Jani and Bella for their kindness and attentiveness throughout our visit. Their friendly demeanor truly elevated my dining experience. Don't miss out on the Tiramisu either; it's simply divine! Overall, if you're looking for a great meal with outstanding service and a beautiful view, Alto Restaurant is a must-visit!

The Four Season Hotel in Jakarta truly showcase a remarkable level of excellence, both in its soft and hard products. The property itself is very modern and well-maintained; with the room being spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent; very personalized and efficient, which is greatly appreciated. I had great impression when interacting with every staff members, including the receptionists, concierge, doorman, and the F&B manager. Just like the other Four Season properties I have stayed at, the bedding, duvet, and mattress are of high quality, making it a pleasant experience to sleep in. The bathroom and in-suite amenities are well stocked and function properly. During my stay, I ordered room service dinner and daily breakfast. Everything was well executed, well-presented, and tasted amazing. I was able to satisfy my Indonesian food craving from the offerings here. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure.

This is one of the luxurious staying options in Jakarta and conveniently connected to the Capital Place office building. The rooms are large, like pretty large and in my 3 days of stay i hardly used all of the space. The breakfast option is not a normal buffet. Only fruit and salad is buffet and the other food items needs to be ordered off the menu. It's still part of the breakfast deal, but we need to order what we want.

Absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment in, everything felt magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive it honestly felt like they were reading my mind with how well they anticipated every need. It happened to be my birthday the next morning, and to my surprise, they celebrated me! I received the sweetest letter and a delicious chocolate treat to take with me. ? Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel so special. Every corner of the hotel is stunning, the service is out of this world, and the entire experience was beyond five stars. I’ve never felt so pampered it was like customer service from another planet. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.
