Hotel of dreams. Completely wonderful in every way. Stayed there to do some business in publishing/writing and came away feeling like I’d found a perfect utopia where service, staff, the room, amenities, food, drink, ambience, decor - and the views !! - all lead to a real sense of feeling like you’re someone quite special and living in a film for a moment. Hard to describe.

Four Seasons is the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Once I’ve stayed, if the city has a Four Seasons, I have to stay in these hotels. This one in particular the staff were so helpful and amazing. Their kindness, hospitality, and general demeanor made it a very pleasant experience. The spa and pool were excellent. The in room dining experience was superb, and the food was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location in Tribeca. I just can’t say enough. We will be staying again!

As usual for the four seasons, the service was top notch and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good range of facilities and we found it to be well situated for getting to arround Manhattan and to Brooklyn during our stay. What regularly lets them down is the in room entertainment options. For connecting a personal device only Airplay was supported and it did not work. Many other hotels are now offering Chromecast support which I have found to be much more reliable. Fortunately we brought a Chromecast with us and were able to connect to the televisions HDMI.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown during my vacation, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial, and some great restaurants and shopping spots. I felt completely safe both inside the hotel and around the neighborhood, even during nighttime walks. One of the best parts of my stay was the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and room service was always fast and courteous. I also enjoyed spending time at the spa and pool, which added to the relaxation. This hotel is a great blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City—whether you're here for business or just exploring the Big Apple.
