Just checked out, we had a very pleasant experience! The breakfast buffet is simply out of this world, so many options beyond what you think a breakfast buffet may have (dim sum, curry, seafood etc). Room was clean and comfortable with amenities refreshed such as shower cap, tooth brush, vanity kit etc. Loved the fruit water in the lobby! Where points are lacking is a strange slightly sewage smell near the Deck pool, as well as no designated hotel spot on the beach. if this were possible it would be awesome! power outage our last morning that was dealt with efficiently (and breakfast continued to be served as generators supplied energy, just not to rooms)

I had an incredible stay at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort! From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy and relaxed—even though it was a busy day, the lovely receptionist Summer welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Her calm and friendly attitude really set the tone for the stay. The food here is absolutely outstanding. Every meal, from the breakfast buffet to dinner, was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. On top of that, the beds were incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very cozy. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Phuket. Great service, fantastic food, and a calm, beachy vibe that makes you feel at home right away!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort! This hotel is truly kid-friendly—our children were treated with such kindness and warmth by all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we received several welcome drinks, and the hospitality never stopped. What really stood out was how they sometimes didn’t even charge the kids for the buffets, and they generously provided us with complimentary breakfast, which made our stay feel even more special. A special thank you goes to Kelly, the restaurant manager at Sears and Co.—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family. Her friendly and professional attitude really made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Phuket. We’ll definitely be back

Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Patong Beach Really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The gym is well equipped, and the infinity pool offers a beautiful view—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast had a great variety, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. The only minor downside is that it’s a bit away from the main busy area of Patong, but it’s still within walking distance or a short ride away. Would definitely stay again!

We choose the 4points as part of a holiday package and were really pleased with our choice. It was a great place to start the day and go out to do the many activities that are on offer. The rooms were very comfortable and bed super soft. We had a pool facing room that was fantastic for a moring swim daily. The buffet breakfast is fantastic! Every morning there was a new cuisine and something exciting to try. Honestly 1 of the best breakfast buffet i have ever had! Overall we had a great stay here.
