Wonderful staff and the property is an invaluable location in the center of Birsbane with walking access to nearly all major sights, monuments, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast is simple but varied, there is a coffee shop on the first floor for quick take-aways. The room themselves are nice BUT not the largest so as two adults we found them to be a little cramped but manageable.

Good location and room for your stay in Brisbane. Or Brissy as the locals call it. No complaints or issues with the room itself. Had a nice view of the river and city. Quiet floor. I wish the welcome drink had options that were non-alcoholic but that's changing slowly at hotels. Would stay here again next time I'm in the city...if I wanted something downtown/in the CBD.

Great location. It’s nearby to shopping area. Easy to find food around the hotel. There’s a 24 hours pizza just less than 5 mins walk. Clean and cozy room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton and overall had a pleasant experience. My room was on level 27, but unfortunately, the window faced another building, so there wasn’t much of a view. That said, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet — a generous spread of both warm and cold options, with everything from eggs and sausages to fresh fruit and pastries. It was reasonably priced, and a great way to start the day. I especially appreciated that they offered takeaway coffee at no extra charge, which was perfect for busy mornings. A solid stay with great service and convenient amenities!
