I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Batam, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with very comfortable bedding. As Titanium elite member, I got upgraded to mini suite room. The design was stylish yet cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-stocked minibar and a great workspace. Plus, the city view from the window was a pleasant bonus! Located strategically in Batam, it’s close to shopping centers like Nagoya Hill and just a short drive from the ferry terminal. Super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my stay at Four Points Batam was fantastic. Whether you’re visiting for work or vacation, this hotel is a solid choice for comfort, service, and value. Will definitely return!

The room and cleanliness were excellent, with a comfortable bed and sufficiently cool air conditioning. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other guests entering and exiting their rooms was quite noticeable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular coffee shops like Harum Manis and Sudi Mampir, as well as a nearby market. The only downside was the low water pressure, which may result in longer showers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

Great hotel experience! Very friendly and helpful staff, great shoutout to Stephanie, she really rendered them best service to us. Kudos to Marriott management for having such well trained staff and elevates amazing experiences to our stay.

The rooms are very clean, but it will be good if the bathroom has accessories for hanging of wet suits. Overall experience is good. The F&B manager, Mr. Ade, is extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly.
