Our stay at in Auckland was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. The front desk team, in particular, were superior professionals—efficient, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set the tone for a memorable stay. The property itself was impeccably maintained, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent, ensuring a pristine and inviting space each day. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was fresh, varied, and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Whether enjoying a hot meal or a light, healthy option, everything was prepared with care and quality ingredients. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Overall, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Auckland. It is a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and top-tier service. We look forward to returning in the future!
We stay at Marriott’s all the time, and this is likely the best service we received out of any we’ve stayed at. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. The rooms are also impeccable, and very well priced considering Auckland CBD prices. 10/10!
Centrally located along Queens street and a short walk from the Sky City bus stop. It's also walking distance to the quay side and literally in the midst of the city. Also walkable to the Auckland Domain if the weather is nice. The main entrance if not along Queens street though and you'll have to walk up a steep slope and can be tough if you have a big luggage and not driving. There is a smaller side entrance along queen street that you can access once you have your room card. Rooms are good sized.
One of the nicer Four Points I’ve stayed in. The rooms are nice and modern, really comfortable beds and the bathrooms are ideal with large showers. Views are also impressive. However it has to be said, what makes it a great hotel is the staff. From the folks on reception to the team in the restaurant and the rooftop bar, everyone is very friendly and always smiling.
Great hotel. Perfect location, quiet, not far of a downhill walk in to the CBD. Lots of public transport nearby. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast available and great coffee. Wonderful and helpful staff. Rooftop bar has great cocktails and a great view!
