I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the staffs are really nice, helpful, well behaved. The hotel is very close to all prime locations. The breakfast has a lot of variety. At midnight, it might be a bit noisy, better to take upper floors. We stayed on the 5th floor, and it was not noisy. They take a 500 baht security money. The hotel is strict regarding making the towels and sheets really dirty and they penalise if it’s too dirty or leave stains on them. They will very gently tell you regarding the rules. I have seen many reviews stating that the hotel has deducted security money, but I have faced no such issues during my stay. Given the price, I couldn’t have expected anything more. I loved my stay there and will surely visit again.

Stayed here with my family for 3 days. On our first day we arrived at 12am. They were very accommodating. The rooms were quite old but it was comfortable. They upgraded two of our standard rooms to deluxe- for free! The breakfast buffet was delish! They add food choices to the menu everyday. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

Haven't stayed here in a while and it's still fine. Service maybe even improved a little. Air conditioning is a bit noisy but works well. Shower is hot good water pressure. WiFi is terrible. Keeps kicking you off. I was in a nicer part of the hotel than I'd been before, but because hotel is 3 buildings (of different heights!) smushed together I had probably the worst view I've ever had from a hotel room. But not really a big deal. Some of the cheap rooms tho almost have ocean views. Breakfast is OK and a nice perk at this price, but as with so many places I'd gladly trade in half the breakfast offerings to get a decent cup of coffee, and coffee here is among the worst I've ever tasted. They could also add some cheese and some whole wheat bread. Would make it much better. Can't even get a cheese omelet
