First time my husband and I visit Surabaya. And we choose this reasonable hotel because it's near by Pakuwon Mall. Very strategic area. So many restaurants , cafes and also mall. Also a good spacious parking place. Very good staff also. Especially mba Indah. She's very helpful, very kind and polite. Surprisingly mba Indah gave us an upgrade room. Thank you so much for the wonderful, kind service mba Indah. We def will recommend this hotel to our family and friends when they're planning to visit West Surabaya. Keep up the quality guys! The rooms are great, probably the best location you could get other than Whiz Luxe up road. Nice value! Breakfast ain't the best but it is what it's worth.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The room was cozy with all the basic amenities, and the bed was especially comfortable after a long day of travel. What stood out the most was the staff – they were humble, polite, and always ready to help. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was welcoming and professional. Their warm hospitality really added to the overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and good service. I’d definitely recommend it to others and would be happy to return.
