Rooms with outdated furniture were clean. Service staff is extremely polite and warm. However they certainly struggle with conversing in English. Location was fantastic and 10 minutes walk to the subway. Breakfast was very bad. In my 6 nights stay I only had breakfast twice. Better off asking for delivery or going out to eat.

I think this hotel is getting a bad rap based upon the reviews that I read. Yes … some aspects could use a refresh’s but the rooms are super spacious and well appointed. I got an upgrade and there was even a massage chair in the room. The hotel staff doesn’t speak amazing English, but they try hard and with a translator app it is no problem. They decorated my room for my birthday!!! It was awesome. Great buffet breakfast and nice lobby bar … I highly recommend this hotel. Woot woot!

It is not expensive for the comfort and luxury we had ! Something we rarely see at that price ! Excellent service and food also. Well done !

Had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Beijing! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well-located, with top-notch service throughout. Huge shout-out to Amora for being absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Fairmont Hotel Beijing: Comfortable and Well-Located Stayed here in May 2025. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was efficient and friendly. The central location made getting around Beijing easy. However, some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated. Overall a decent stay.
