My stay at the Estadia Hotel was great. The hotel is clean and all the staff are great, always smiling, cheerful and always happy to help. My room was nice, it had everything I needed and the bed and pillows made for a good nights rest. Breakfast is really good, as there is always a wide variety to suit everyone. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Estadia Hotel Review: A Disheartening Return After Seven Years

Having fond memories of my stay at Estadia Hotel nearly a decade ago, I recently booked a two-bedroom suite with hopes of reliving that experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s standards have plummeted, leaving me deeply disappointed.

Cleanliness Crisis:
The room’s state was unacceptable. Thick layers of dust coated surfaces like nightstands, shelves, and décor—proof of neglect in routine cleaning. Stains marred the carpets (visible in the attached photos/video) and bathroom floors, suggesting a lack of deep maintenance. For a suite marketed as premium, this level of grime is inexcusable.

Faded Luxury, Lingering Value:
While the two-bedroom layout remains spacious and functional, the worn furnishings and dated aesthetics amplify the sense of decline. That said, the price point is still reasonable compared to competitors, making it a budget-friendly option—if cleanliness improves.

Final Thoughts:
Estadia Hotel risks tarnishing its reputation if management ignores basic upkeep. While affordability is a draw, the filth overshadowed any value. I’d only consider returning if they prioritize thorough cleaning and refurbishment. For now, proceed with caution—or lower expectations.

Definitely a no for this hotel.

I arrived at around 11am and was told to return at 3pm as check-in only begins then. That’s understandable, but the attitude of the check-in staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional — no greeting, no smile, just cold and dismissive.

Unlike other hotels that usually allow early registration so guests can simply collect their keys later, this hotel made no effort, even though there were no other customers at the time. When I returned at 2:56pm, another staff member told me, "Let me check if the room is available, otherwise I can’t check you in." — Really? Just 4 minutes before the official check-in time?

I eventually got the room, but that was just the beginning of the problems.

After turning on the air conditioning for over 3 hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I contacted the front desk and someone came to check. Even after more than an hour of inspection, the issue wasn’t resolved. I went out for dinner, hoping it would be fixed by the time I returned — but no. The room was still hot.

I contacted the front desk again to ask if the technician had left any notes. To my surprise, nothing was recorded. So a second technician came, and I had to explain everything all over again. After another round of checks, they finally agreed to give me a room replacement — at around 9pm.

But the replacement room was even worse:
1. The toilet was filthy
2. The wallpaper was peeling and covered in scratches
3. The rack was broken
4. The shampoo and shower gel holders were missing — I had to hold the bottles or place them on the floor while showering

This was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay. I deeply regret booking this hotel and will never return. Definitely not recommended.

I recently booked a Family Room at this facility. The room is spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable. Each room has its own television and bathroom. However, I was a bit unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet had blood stains, hair from other people, and food crumbs, like biscuits, left behind by previous tenants. The bathroom was also dirty, with green mold and yellowish stains on the walls. Additionally, they didn’t provide a bin inside the bathroom, which I found odd. I hope they address these issues and implement the high cleanliness standards they used to have. Because of this, I can only give 1 star.”

Don't just look at the photo. The condition of the hotel is not 100% as shown. There is no swimming pool for your information. The air conditioning in the hotel is not strong have to contact the service staff and they come wash the filter. The fridge not cold at all. I still thought is a oven as I open the fridge hot air come out from the fridge. The safe box number button have issue u need to press very hard to get detacted. The breadfast buffet have very limited choice. The key to the lift to your destinated floor have 2 contact point so if u try one side cannot try the other side. If u drive use the entrance to hatten hotel. All this information not provided making first time coming a very bad experience. The only thing is good is the location.
