The Eros Hotel is beautiful and provides excellent service. Sachin and Kishor’s cheerfulness and efficiency make it all the more enjoyable to spend time in the Hotel Bar. Aparna’s efficient thoughtfulness makes it hard to resist a treat at the lobby Tea Room where she and her colleagues whip up delicious coffees and teas. The other restaurants are also enjoyable. And the entire buffet staff provides a wide selection of delicious food and attentive service at every meal. It is a pleasure to watch the Food & Beverage team work so well together under the courteous and effective eye of Mr. Suresh, the Food & Beverage Manager. Yogesh and his colleagues are meticulous and thoughtful with our laundry. Brijesh and the rest of the housekeeping staff take great care of us and our room. Manisha and the rest of the Guest Relations team are always helpful with questions large and small. The pool and workout staff are equally helpful and friendly. The entire Eros staff is personable, professional, welcoming and very attentive. We are very lucky to be staying here so long and hope to return in future.

Check-in and check-out were quite smooth. Room was comfy & well appointed. View from the room also great. Restaurant and the adjoining pool area are great. Food is palatable (though the food quality/taste especially lunch at Exotica Grand, New Delhi is something five notches above that was available here). Overall superb experience.

Excellent hotel in center of business area. Very friendly staff especially reception staff. Morning breakfast has lot of options though I didn't find taste too good. Rooms are big enough, bathroom cleaning need to be improved. Swimming pool is nice with large open area around. Overall good experience. Will definitely visit again

I recently visited Eros Hotel in Nehru Place for an event, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The main lobby is spacious and beautifully designed with elegant aesthetics. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Located in a well-known area, the hotel blends natural charm with refined elegance. Absolutely loved the vibe the place exudes!

The location of the hotel is about a 30 min drive from Delhi Airport and a short walk from the metro station, too. The security of the hotel was first class,very professional, and friendly, and I felt very safe staying there. The check-in was fairly comfortable, I found my room without much searching, too. The room was spacious, and the wardrobe area was adequate,I only had three coat hangers. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was dated looking,but the shower,toilet, and sink all worked well with amenities to clean yourself at hand for your disposal. The food here is amazing,I had no issues at all with breakfast or the dinner service.The staff was super swift to attend your needs here. The bar had various options of all drinking beverages,I did find, however, it was on the expensive side. The swimming pool was good and the seating areas around it were very relaxing too.The only problem with the swimming pool was that you were not allowed to bring a guest or guests in to join you without a fee.The gym or fitness area wasn't good,located in the basement with no windows,the equipment was very old,the space in the there was minimal to move in.This was really the only small disappointment of my stay here. Cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Staff politeness and helpfulness were excellent. Management first class. My overall experience here was very memorable in a big positive way. I highly recommend
