From the moment I walked in, everything about the Equinox Hotel New York felt elevated. The service was exceptional, the ambiance was unmatched, and the facial I received at the spa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I came solo for a business-focused beauty event with Dr Brandt and left feeling completely refreshed, recharged, and inspired. If you’re looking for a luxurious wellness escape in the city—this is it. 5 stars across the board!

Sometimes, you just wish there was a four and a half star review that you could use. Honestly, everything here was great. Location is ideal not really walkable to Times Square put Subway is right there. The hotel is nicely appointed, and it does include the use of the Equinox gem downstairs. Staff was all very accommodating and had no issues at all during this day. Truly, the only complaint would have to be the price. The reality is that we have stayed at just as nice of a hotel in many other parts of the world, including New York, for less than half the price. We paid $1400 for a one night stay, but there's no reason that you can not get this level of service, room, and location for under 600 a night.

Absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t be happier that I came here for my 30th birthday. The staff is great and my stay was very warm and welcoming. I don’t even have one minor complaint about the hotel. I requested 2 extra pillows and they came almost immediately. When I came back from dinner one night, they had left a little birthday treat in my room. The room was so cozy I had to force myself outside to explore. Especially after that first night, I swear it was the best sleep I’ve had in awhile. The high-tech vibe with the ipads and "dark sleep quiet" mode is pretty cool. The location is fantastic and my guests enjoyed visiting me in the area for the day. Endless things to do around. We enjoyed the shops and visited the Edge. Very memorable, thank you! Will most definitely be back.
