Awesome. The best in Surabaya by far. Only hotel that has an Olympic sized (50m) pool and real full sized gym. One can also order special food requests at no extra cost such as a white egg omlette.

Smell cigarettes in the aisles and they didn’t provide safety box

Honestly, I chose this hotel because of Ari Lasso's video reviewing the rawon (beef black soup) at its cafe. He said it was super delicious, so I was curious. Upsides: - Strategic location right in the city center. It's close to everything, and Hokky (supermarket) is right next door, where you can buy snacks and oleh2. - The staff are incredibly friendly and goodlooking. I was allowed to check in early (11 AM) without any extra charge! Surprisingly, the mas2 receptionist spoke English very fluently. - Check in and check out were super satset. - The swimming pool is proper, even reaching a depth of 4 meters! - There's a bathtub. - Everything works properly. - The breakfast buffet was delicious. - I lost my parking card but only had to pay a IDR 10,000 fine and show the STNK. (The security guard was also goodlooking and extremely friendly!) Downsides: - The hotel is a bit old. - The swimming pool needs better maintenance to be even more impressive. - The breakfast buffet was all delicious but lacked variety. Overall, I'd definitely come back here again and bring my kids. Keep up the good work, Elmi!!!
