I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Eliana Signature Hotel. The rooms and decor throughout the hotel were authentic and beautiful. The Oriana Restaurant created culinary masterpieces for breakfast and dinner. The hot showers and strong water pressure were much-needed luxuries after trekking through the north. And the location was excellent - close to all the action of Hanoi and most importantly to the water puppet theatre. Lastly, what made our stays at the Eliana most enjoyable and most memorable was the exceptional staff. I have been fortunate enough in this life to travel to multiple countries and continents. The staff at Eliana is unmatched in its “passion for Hospitality”! The young women and men, along with the manager, are models for the hotel industry and represented their culture and their country beautifully. The staff here were the best we’ve had at a hotel. They were so helpful, accommodating and efficient. They made everything easy and helped us so much during our stay. Between allowing us to leave our big suitcases here while we did day / a few day trips outside of Hanoi. Giving us tips for around the city and booking us buses / cars they were always ready to help. They were very kind as well.

Beautiful hotel and very comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, and helped us sort some problems we had. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as well. Thank you for a lovely stay - we would love to stay here longer!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was really more than what I expected . And Eliana was my very first hotel for the stay, when I was planning the trip I was so conscious about picking my hotels for them to be safe (as I’m a solo female traveler) then the comfort, food and cleanliness. With a lot researched I picked here and I’m so happy about the choice I made. The staff is next level friendly. At the check in they give you a small briefing about everything including certain tips and things to be careful. My all requests are then and there assisted . They are kind in every aspect. It was a home for me for 2 nights . Most of the time I rest in my room because it was that much comfy n relaxing helped me to relax well. Breakfast was simple yet incredible with a great variety and tasty as well . I would definitely recommend to anyone who look for a good hotel for a decent price in Hanoi.
