We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They even assisted us in booking a taxi from the airport, and the driver was very kind and understanding, especially since we were rushing due to being late. The customer service here is truly 100%—everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is conveniently located just below the KL Sentral Station, making it super easy to get around. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and a prayer room, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. Although we didn’t have the chance to visit the rooftop garden or or the gym and kids area, we still felt that our stay was completely worth it. The combination of excellent service, great location, and thoughtful touches made it a memorable experience. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Kuala Lumpur! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I was a little worried when I made the reservation because of the name of the hotel and the reservation website as EASSY HOTEL, but I am glad I stayed there. It is very conveniently located near KL Sentral station, which takes only 30 minutes by KL Express from the Airport. At first, I got lost because I did not know how to get there from the station, but by the shortest route, it takes less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the ticket gate, so I think it is better to stay at this hotel than at the airport even if you have an early morning flight. The monorail station is right in front of the hotel, so I felt safe even when I returned late at night. The lobby is not large, but the front desk staff at check-in and the staff serving juice were friendly. Bottled water was provided in the room and the make-up staff was also nice. There is a restaurant and convenience store next door, which was nice. Little India is within walking distance. The hotel is situated conveniently, so I returned sometimes to take a shower, but during the day there was construction on the same floor and it was noisy. Generally I am satisfied with this hotel, but the noise from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner was loud due to the thin window in the room. I always have trouble with foreign hotels, and this hotel was no exception; I could not watch TV. There were two remote controls, which I tried for a while but could not turn on, so I hope there is a guide on how to operate them. There was no hair dryer in the room. I didn't check because I was too bothered to ask. The hotel staff is nice and the location is very convenient, I would stay there if I visit Kuala Lumpur again. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room wasn’t very big, but it was more than enough for solo travel. There was even a prayer mat and a mini fridge provided. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had two pleasant experiences during my one-night stay here. First, before checking in, I went to Melaka and didn’t want to bring my suitcase—just a tote bag. I asked if I could leave my luggage even though my stay was the next day, and the staff kindly allowed it after I showed proof of my booking. Second, on the day of my early morning flight, access to KL Sentral was still closed. The staff not only explained the way but also waited to make sure I didn’t get lost, and even walked me to the correct entrance near the bus stop escalator. thank you so much

Excellent hotel budget friendly. Just beside KL Sentral. Adjacent to mono rail ?. Great view terrace is awesome in evenings. Nice Kids play area and Gym as well. Welcome drink available all the time. Rooms are very near and clean. Service and hospitality is Excellent. Overall good stay for family friends and couples

+ Perfect Location: can be accessed directly through the lift near Family mart inside NU KL Sentral ground floor, so you can go anywhere easily. + Affordable price: you get clean room with breakfast (1 meal n tea/coffee). + Friendly staff: full of greetings, they even allowed us to have one hour late check out (till 1 pm), so kind, thank you. - Room size is small: you can only access your queen bed from one side.
