The room is spacious enough, the beddings and quilts are comfortable. The room furnishings showed signs of wearing off, but kept reasonably clean. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrade to attract more high-end customers. Must highly commend the customer/room service for swiftly bringing new bottles of water upon request in late evening. That's highly appreciated. Overall speaking, a reasonably good choice for travelers looking for a short stay.

I stayed in the family suite at this hotel, which is within walking distance from the Phileo Damansara MRT station — very convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious and had two toilets. However, one toilet had no bidet, and the other only had a water spray. I would have preferred proper bidets in both, especially when traveling with a toddler as it’s more convenient. Not sure about other room type if same The breakfast was decent — nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. The pool was nice, though towels are not provided at the pool area; you have to collect them from the gym on another floor, which is a bit inconvenient. A plus point is that outside food delivery is allowed, but you’ll need to go down to the lobby to collect it yourself.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel from 7 to 8 June 2025. The bed room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained for the bathroom and bed room with all the necessary basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks for the Upgrading room from Deluxe room to Executive room The food at the Japanese restaurant was delicious and simple and offered a good variety of dishes. I especially appreciated the fresh seafood prawn and ingredients and prompt service during meals. The staff were extremely courteous, professional, and service was fast such like refill ocha ( Tea ) and clear plate . Overall, the service was excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable.
