Our stay was exceptional across the board with top-notch cleanliness, friendly staff, and great facilities. The location was perfect and near to MTR station & bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Room was compact but exceptionally organised for optimal usage. Bathrooms were clean, fresh toiletries, slippers, and clean towels were provided, shower was good and hot water was available in the bathroom all the times. There was a free water dispenser outside our room and a refrigerator & locker inside the room. Curtains were electric, coffee sachets, cups and electric kettle were provided. Transport options were convenient, and the WiFi connection was reliable. Table and chair were present in the room and there was space to store our luggage under the bed. There was one international socket present on the table along with 3 USB ports for charging. Hair dryer was provided and there were many sockets in the room. If you are Indian, do not forget to carry your portable water hose as they provide only tissue papers in the Hong Kong toilets. Also, there were plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. There is a rooftop with amazing views and also a gym inside the hotel. Security deposit was HKD 500 for our entire stay which was fully refunded. Overall, a fantastic stay for us at Hong Kong.

Stayed here for 1 night in early November during our quick stop over in HK. The hotel is clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the room was small, it was ok as we had plans during the day. Although there are convenience stores nearby, they have a vending machine in the lobby which you can use your Octopus card too. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, markets nearby and the location was perfect. Its a quick 5min walk to Sham Shui Po MTR station B2 exit. B1 exit has a lift but it almost the same distance. We will definitely stay here again next time in HK.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay here. The staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very important as we need to move a lot. The public transportation is easy to get near the hotel. As a first time to Hong Kong we did not find it difficult to navigate the location of the hotel and to go anywhere.

This was our second time to check in to this hotel and it still is the best for its location and price. The room was clean and the staff were very kind. Special mention to the front desk staff Justin who went above and beyond to help us get the room that we initially booked since Klook’s supplier booked us the wrong room. He, without hesitation, also was kind enough to grab something that we left in our room after we have already checked out. This hotel is worth the price you pay.

My family and I stayed in a premium room for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. There is a wealth of retail and food places all within walking distance. Including the Golden Shopping Centre and two sets of street markets. The Sham Shui Po MTR station is a five minute walk. Sham Shui Po is little more local so its a little less hectic. My only point would be that there are many hotels in a similar price bracket around the city. So it depends on what your plans are as to which would be suitable.
