Came here with my wife and 2 young boys, 5yrs and 7yrs old. We had an amazing time. They made our accommodations so comfortable and we had a great time visiting the coffee productions, rice fields, coconut oil making, waterfalls and bamboo weaving. They drove us around and made everything easy and fun.
We had an amazing time at Dira Guesthouse. The family is really welcoming, they cook amazing local and organic food from their own garden (with plenty of fresh fruits), and André is the best guide to show you all the ins and outs of Tetebatu. The rooms are clean and cozy and offer a nice view over the garden and rice fields.
A very nice experience in Dira hotel with very welcoming and kind people who make you discover the nicest places in Tete Batu. It feels like home. The meals are also traditional and excellent. I recommend you a 100% the experience !!!
I had the most wonderful experience staying at Dira. Edi and his family are so welcoming and treat you like part of the family. They will spend the day giving you an amazing tour of local rice fields, waterfalls and to see how local produce is made. In the evening the cooks will make the best food in Lombok, and you will sing songs and play guitar with the family. The bungalows are so cosy and have a beautiful view of the rice fields. I could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for a special few days ❤️
A truly cozy and unforgettable homestay! Waking up every morning in a comfy double bed with a view over the rice fields was pure magic. Eddie and his lovely family not only welcomed us with open arms but also organized amazing tours. They took us around by car or scooter, and we got to visit local spots like a traditional tofu and tempeh maker, a pottery workshop where we even made our own little souvenir, beautiful rice fields, and some lovely waterfalls.? They offer great suggestions what to see and do in the neighbourhood, but you’re always free to choose where you want to go, super flexible and easygoing. We ate at the homestay every day because the food was absolutely delicious: fresh, and homemade and full of flavor. Every evening, the family gathers to play music together. It’s so heartwarming and sweet, and they always invite guests to join and sing along.? This place isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a whole experience. We felt like part of the family. Can’t recommend it enough!
