Maybe am too much expect for this hotel or i can say a hostel. The superior room is smaller than what i saw in the picture earlier on traveloka. First stay i got an error card key and a bit broken light socket. Not too clean but ok for the price.

The parking officer was not familiar with the name of degreen inn. he shouted at us that we should've known the namr of the tower. we were not given the access card for the lift. so we can only go down and if we want to go back to the room, we have to wait for the officer to tap his access card to the lift. how inconvenient that would be.

the reservation officer brought us to a filthy, messy & smelly room on 16th fl.  I refused to use the room, so he let me stranded on an empty,  non-AC alley for quite a while as he looked for another vacant room.

Then we were taken to 17th fl. to a a bit tidier room but still smelly n dirty. It was stated on the app that the room was 21m sq. but actually the balcony took away around 1m sq. and the sink occupied another 1m sq. so  it was not as spacious as it seems on the photos of the app. the doormats was soaking wet, the bin was filthy, the bed sheet obviously was not changed after the previous occupants.

i had no other choice but to stay that  night since i arrived late at night.  I booked for 2 nights... but i left the room as early as the first morning came, it was a terrible 10 hours stay ...  I will never ever again choose this place.. it looked like a fancy and tempting apartment from the outside but not much different from a rusunami/wa in the inside.

The room is super small. The room smells like pee. The sheet super dirty and you're not sure where to put your stuff and luggage.

A budget hotel with minimum requirements... no toothbrushes. Dusty place, cigarettes traced everywhere. But great place to stay if you planned to visit Chinatown or Kota Tua.
