everything is perfect. I stayed there for my business trip twice and yet can't find any complaints. Good staff with a smile and always helpful, facilities are all you need for a cheap room. The room is upkeep daily without requesting. It has become our company go to hotel for our projects at Perai. Suggestion- Consider fixing Astro or cable TV.

Stay a night at the hotel unplanned since others are full. We just walk in and ask for a room. Luckily theres a room. The receptionist (indian) are very friendly and helpful. Booked a room without window. The room is ok with the price. Got all the basic furniture; chair table, television, aircond. A bit small but manageable. The toilet a bit slippery and really small. But on the good side, the water heater is good and toilet itself is clean. Also got Qiblat direction for muslims. Thumbs up. On the parking side, all the parking available are beside the road. So need to be extra careful and make sure to ask receptionist whether majlis do summons or not in that area. Overall, i would not mind to come here again.

I can't give five star as it is not 5 star hotel but its location , surrounding area with its room give U basic of short stay for personal business trip if you are looking for budget hotel. Parking will be an issues when peak hours but usually for business trip the check in time always after office hour and thus not an issue. Surrounded by Chinese food and drive car reachable halal food in SEBERANG JAYA area this is not a bad place to consider .basic amenities available and the staffs are polite. Rm92 for a single room is not easily found surrounding this area

Honestly this hotel is a compact type. Not big, not as normal hotel as you expected. But it is clean, and I am very particular about cleanliness and they did well at least Second, access to all great food stalls. And go to the Sunway Carnival Mall just few bucks which make this location a pick for you
