It can be a bit difficult to find because there are two of these same hotels on the same street I stayed in the private room with two capsules, one on top of the other, with a shared bathroom. The room was very clean, and we had towels for the showers. It was a bit noisy because we were assigned to the area where the air conditioning equipment was located, and we could hear everything from the next room, even the sound of a plastic bag. However, it wasn’t a problem since we had earplugs. Regarding the bathrooms, on the day we arrived, they were very clean, and we were impressed, but I think it was just because they had just been cleaned. The other days, the bathrooms were very dirty due to lack of cleaning, and it felt like they hadn’t been cleaned for days because there were two days with a roll of wet toilet paper on the floor. There are lockers for shoes in the hallways, one for each bed. Also, each room has a locker for luggage inside the room. It's very easy to open, haha, but I didn't have any security issues. As for breakfast, I loved it. There weren’t many options, but it was enough. It might be difficult for someone who is vegan, but as a vegetarian, I had no problems since you could make your own scrambled eggs with vegetables. The location is simply great; you're just steps away from a market to eat delicious and cheap food, and very close to the metro station. Would I stay again? Yes, for the price, it's worth it. The only improvement would be more cleanliness in the bathrooms ??
Cube Boutique Capsule is easily the best capsule hotel I’ve stayed at. The place is very clean, and I love that there are plenty of shared toilets, all well-maintained. The free breakfast is a nice bonus—simple but good, with options like kwetiau, bread, and the chance to cook your own eggs, plus coffee and tea. The location is super convenient, just a short five-minute walk to the MRT, and there are tons of food options nearby if you want to eat out. Just a heads-up, there’s a sister hotel called Cube Boutique Family close by, so make sure you’re heading to the right one. The staff are also helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
Location is 2 streets from MRT Chinatown- Blue Line, 2 minutes walk. Very accessible. It is next to a complex which has ample of hawker food choices, and if you need to have supper there are plenty of mainland Chinese food shops operating until midnight. One of it is pretty good. Thank you Nasha for being so sweet, helpful and positive throughout our stay. Very patient in the check in process and explaining all that is needed for us to have a great stay. Overall toilets are clean and equipped with amenities. The complimentary breakfast is good. Really a bang for your buck. Had a great sleep in the bunk too. Would definitely come back. It is their service which leaves a lasting and heartwarming impression.
