Thanks to all staff at crown for making my stay so enjoyable and for the great gesture to make my special day memorable with the birthday surprise on my arrival. I loved every minute of my stay and staff was very helpful and amazing. Also the location is amazing as it’s so close crown casino. I would like to thanks for upgrading my room to the river view and late checkout was again one of the added perks I enjoyed.

Loved our stay, we had a king riverside view. The bed was comfy the pillows amazing, perfect for a couple. I have stayed many hotels and this room was by far the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The staff really friendly, and was the perfect location, tram out the front all food you can think of a 5 minute walk away. It was our first time in Melbourne this made it just perfect.

My wife and i just had 4 nights at the Crowne plaza in Melbourne. From the moment we went to reception on arrival until the day we left we could not fault the excellent service.Included in our Jetstar deal was an update to King superior room on 10 th floor with river views ( Magnificent Views) the room was made up to perfection every day and not once did we see a cleaner. Our deal included a $50 dinner voucher and a full breakfast every day which was excellent and valued at $40 a day each,the staff were very experienced. The breakfast manager Wilson is very experienced and will go a long way with this company. The Concierge employees were very efficient giving us helpful advice on the trams . Overall we could not say anything bad about this Hotel. Excellent We had a great 4days in Melbourne with lovely weather

Perfect hotel if you are visiting the exhibition center. And also all the restaurants and casinos are in walking distance. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Tej service is very friendly and helpful. Even when I arrived early in the morning they did everything that I got a room especially after a 26 hours flight very appreciated - thank you again very much. Will come again.
