No 22, Menara 8, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kampung Baru, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We have stayed at five hotels in Kuala Lumpur over the past two months. Crowne Plaza CC is our favorite. Malaysian hotels and hospitality is very nice. This hotel has everything we want in a hotel in terms of rooms, ammenities and food. But it is staff that is truly outstanding. We feel very comfortable here. The staff in the breakfast area and Club Lounge have become friends. We have extended our stay twice now as we feel this is home for us in KL. I highly recommend staying here. Special call outs to: Yasmin, Nur Sam, Sheng, Steven, Nural, Rose, Habib, Chef Adrian & his staff and so many others. You have made us feel so welcomed.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room i booked King Premium was incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room to relax and unwind. The layout was perfect, and it felt so comfortable and cozy. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. I also want to give a special shoutout to Hani at the front desk. She made sure everything went smoothly with my check-in and even offered great recommendations for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, space, and excellent service!
Absolutely loved my stay there. It was my second time, and it just keeps getting better. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in KL. The staff were truly amazing, so warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully set up, a perfect start to each morning. Incredible service and genuine hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and took care of every single request, from setting up the room to helping with our luggage. Such a wonderful experience, thank you
I had amazing times here, and the services are very good! Thanks to the operator for her promptness in informing the housekeeping department to bring the amenities we needed. The housekeeping staff, Mr Jahid, was friendly and polite too. I'd definitely come and stay here again during my future visits.
Overall, a nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms that are comfortable for both business and leisure stays. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — great variety, good quality, and plenty of options to suit different tastes. The gym, however, is quite small with limited equipment, and the pool is decent but nothing particularly standout. On the other hand, the function rooms and meeting facilities are well-maintained and quite nice for events. Note that they are very near the Twin Towers, within walking distance, but the heat is no joke in the day. Would advise to still take a Grab there and save yourself the torture unless the weather is good. You can view half a tower from the breakfast restaurant by the way. One downside is the lack of nearby convenience — there’s no mall directly connected, and the nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away, which closes around 10pm. This can be a bit of a hassle if you need anything late at night. Additionally, traffic in and out of the hotel during peak hours can be quite challenging, so do factor in extra time of around 15-20 minutes if you have appointments or plans. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service, but location-wise, just be aware of the minor inconveniences depending on your needs.
