Located on Bui Vien street, it’s very noisy even with closed windows. Not a problem to me though, I’m an easy sleeper. However, the rooms and service reiterate why this hotel is great value for money. I arrived to meet Jay - who notified me about a room upgrade. Honestly, a genuine guy who provided the best service I’ve received in Vietnam. (also provided valet services and good conversation.) I’d recommend this hotel to those who don’t mind the noise, definitely worth it.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. The boss Jay and his partner Tea couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Super friendly, funny and genuinely going out of his way to help at every turn. One word, legend. Would recommend this place for a safe and cheap place on the craziest street in Vietnam. Cheers Jay, lovely to meet you. Kian UK
