Conveniently located near Busan train station and public transportation, this hotel is a pretty good find. It's a very spacious and clean room. The bed is fairly comfortable, however the pillows are horrible. The first night our pillows were so flat we woke with sore necks, so we asked for new pillows. They weren't any better and one was hard as a rock. The shower was a good size but because it had a detachable handle and I'm fairly tall, to get it to a reasonable height it would fall down. Did come with a few toiletries, two water bottles, tea and instant coffee (which wasn't good). No middle bed table. It did have a nice view of Busan Harbor with plenty of natural light. Pros: close to public transportation (2 minutes to metro,15 min walk to Busan station), morning buffet (didn't try), spacious and clean, shoe removal spot at door with provided sleepers, nice view Cons: horrible pillows, lack of space for phone at night, large step up to bathroom easy to hit foot on, detachable shower easy to fall off 8.5/10

During my visit to Busan, I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel while joining my husband’s vessel at the port. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and high-tech rooms. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transportation and the train station. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan.

T'was a nice stay in this prestigous hotel. Staff members are so kind, good food, nice view with a very nice rooms.

A few pointers will help. The hot water controller is above the table between the beds. At first I thought it was the AC thermostat. That controller has to be on to get hot water. Room was good size. Bathroom was convenient. The AC has to be turned on with the AC remote control. Beds were decent. Breakfast was decent.
