I was there for five nights as a solo traveller, felt very comfortable and safe. The a la carte breakfast was amazing quality which included free sparkling wine. The staff are very friendly and helpful, room was extremely comfortable with a beautiful sea view balcony. Highly recommend for others wishing to stay at Cross. Will definitely be back again next year!

Very spacious room. Got free upgrade to deluxe suite. The bar is across the hotel with happy hour. Nice view at the bar but will be a bit hot and humid. The beach is not private but very quite.

Location: Depends on whether you want the city area or the quieter side of Pattaya. Its just walking distance to instagram worthy places like "The Oxygen" & "3 Mermaids" Getting anywhere within Pattaya is just a cab away. Not an issue. Its about 1.5 - 2 hours away from Bangkok International Airport Checkin: Smooth and seamless(Great attitude from the front desk) Room condition: 7.5/10 Modern feel in terms of the decoration or the design, brightly lit room and a balcony facing the ocean. Overall clean feel and have 2 sets of curtains for black out or just a day curtain. Toilet: 8/10 Just a shower area for the room I selected, design of the shower area was great blocking out the water to the basin area so that you wont have a wet floor to step on when you exit the shower area. Downside was the water pressure, getting very hot n cold every 30 secs but discovered its common in Pattaya. Bed: 7.5/10 Comfortable feel and firm but pillows were just nice but did not enquire if they have other types of pillows to suit the different needs of travelers, love the duvet as its not too thick and does not make me perspire after a night of rest which was great. Room amenities: 7/10 Kettle, Nespresso coffee and tea readily available and 4 Glass bottles in the room Hotel Amenities: did not get to try the pool but gym was minimal Service level of staff: 7.5/10 Definitely helpful and doing their best
