As a solo traveler I recommend this place highly. The lobby was gorgeous and the pool had amazing views. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got there early and although my room wasn’t ready, when I returned within 2 hours I was escorted to my room promptly. I booked the deluxe suite and it was gorgeous. I had an ocean view and it did not disappoint. The shuttle to patong beach was convienent, I was even able to walk a bit and came upon an elephant experience and a couple cafes just 20 minutes away. Next time I will splurge for a villa with the swim up pool.

Crest Hotel in Phuket was truly an amazing experience. Everything exceeded my expectations and made our stay unforgettable. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety every morning. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the standout features was the daily housekeeping — the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and elegant, making it perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends alike. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or quality time with loved ones, this hotel has it all.

I had a beautiful stay at Crest Resort & Villas Phuket, nestled on a hilltop with stunning views of the ocean and lush greenery all around. The architecture blends luxury with nature, offering the perfect tropical escape. My villa was spacious, serene, and came with a private pool that overlooked the sea—absolutely dreamy! The staff was warm and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with both local and international options. It’s a peaceful retreat, ideal for couples or anyone looking to unwind in style. Would definitely come back!?️??

Great stay overall! Staff were friendly and had my room ready just as I requested. The bed was extra huge — could easily sleep three people! Loved the hilltop location with a partial sea view. The pool bar was a great spot to relax. Breakfast had a big variety, though it’s an open-air setup so birds sometimes sneak in. Free shuttle to Patong was super convenient. Spa looked nice but felt a bit overpriced. Still, a very enjoyable stay!

Joan Mind has perfectly helped me during my stay, like asking me if I need anything to help me with. Also, she smiles which makes everyone feel comfortable during the breakfast in the morning which adds good atmosphere to the place. All the staff are great honestly, as this is my first time visiting Thailand, I have been away from my home country Saudi Arabia for almost 12 years and went back to my lovely country, I can compare between this staff and others in many countries Thank you for your time Ahmad
