As always the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel has good security and both the hotel and room were very clean and well presented. Nice sized TV and we were lucky to be on the 8th floor with a widespread view. There's a hidden cupboard with the iron and ironing board, as well as a yoga mat that must be new. The double shower head is a favourite of mine, I've never felt so warm, I didn't want to get out!

I just wanted to say thank you to your team we met over the weekend. From check in to checkout they were amazing. The sparkling on arrival and the anniversary gifts were amazing. The room was so clean and well presented. I was so impressed by the design and layout. Having stayed at much more expensive accommodation this felt a step above. Our dinner and breakfast were awesome and really complemented our stay. The service in the restaurant was as perfect and again I complement the staff in their friendly manner and professionalism. I will kit only recommend you but we will be coming again. Thank you so much for making my wife and my 10th wedding anniversary so special.

Pros Felt very clean. Really nice rooms. New looking. Bathroom is good. Large good quality shower. Quiet. Decent black out blinds. Very good placement of power outlets etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant and bar is good. Either pro or a con depending on your situation: Location is great if you have an appointment / visit to one of hospitals or medical facilities, otherwise kind of in the middle of no where (not much choice in nearby restaurants etc).

I usually leave reviews at the end of each stay but am having such a fantastic stay at Courtyard Marriott Murdoch, Perth, that I felt compelled to give one mid stay! The hotel has a fresh, updated feel with modern facilities and beautifully designed rooms that make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is also excellent — conveniently situated with easy access to nearby shops, eateries, and medical facilities in the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their professionalism and warmth. Check-in was prompt and seamless, and the team took the time to clearly explain parking arrangements and hotel amenities. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and personable, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Menuka, whose dedication to her work truly stood out. Her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and commitment to going above and beyond were deeply appreciated. It's rare to come across someone so passionate about delivering exceptional service — she is a real asset to the hotel. The entire property is spotless, with a noticeable emphasis on cleanliness and maintenance throughout. It’s clear the team takes great pride in upholding a high standard. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Perth and looking for a modern, well-located hotel with outstanding staff and service. Will definitely return!

I would like to give special thanks to Sylvie, one of the staff members, for making us feel at home. The restaurant, Substance, served a wonderful dinner. Sylvie was incredibly friendly and even arranged a birthday celebration for us. We will definitely be coming back again!
