Room bigger than my expectation, it’s clean and comfortable. Love this hotel with very friendly staff, great location which just takes 10 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market, many car park spaces in front of the hotel (be aware of the free time and meter is required after 7am with very reasonable price). If the water pressure and the amenities could be improved, it will be perfect.

This hotel is modern, clean and concierge is very helpful. The room I had is a good size and very comfortable. The only problem with the room is there isn't much of a mini fridge, the one I had isn't cold enough and very little space to put anything I have bought back. Location wise it is in the quiet side of the city and need a good 5-10 min walk from the Southern Cross if taking the Skybus into Melbourne. However it is still close to the Flagstaff station to catch the city loop and short walk to the Flagstaff Gardens and Queen Victoria Market, great to grab lunch at the market and enjoy it in the park like I did. I had already booked for another stay later in the year and looking forward to going back.

This was one of the most convenient stays I ever had in a Courtyard hotel. From housekeeping, to front desk, to restaurant and to the management, everyone was outstanding. My colleague and I stayed 15 days and it felt like a piece of home coming back in the evening from work. Our next stay in Melbourne will be definitely in this hotel again! Thanks a lot to the whole team!

The location is a bit off the busy part of the city. That has 2 folds, which can be good if you need some quiet or maybe not so good if you want to find more food options or activities. Rooms are clean, not too fancy, breakfast is average. Overall is a good experience for a business hotel.
