This is my first stay at Corus Hotel KL and it was truly a meaningful experience. Very strategic location and just a short walk to KLCC and Saloma Bridge. Completed with room facilities and amenities as well as a large king bed and spacious room. We was offered to had our evening cocktail as we booked the Executive Deluxe Room. Definitely will repeat again to stay at Corus Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Organized training at Corus Hotel since 2015. The meeting and seminar rooms were very good, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for our event. The service throughout was excellent and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. A particular highlight was the catering; the food was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic spread that was enjoyed by all attendees. Overall, Corus Hotel delivers on all fronts for business events. Highly recommended!

Room & Facilities: The room was spacious and well-equipped, offering a cozy ambiance for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the amenities provided were decent for the price range. However, some areas could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience. Food & Beverage: The dining experience was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of local and international options that catered to different tastes. The quality of food was commendable, and the service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Reception Service Issue: Unfortunately, during our stay, our experience at the reception was disappointing. When my husband returned to collect the room card he had left earlier, the receptionist, who appeared to be Sabahan perhaps (based on her dialect) displayed an annoyed expression and “moody” kinda face. She informed us that the room card we left at reception had been misplaced and that they were too busy to search for it immediately. While she eventually provided a new card, she insisted that we return it as soon as possible, which felt inconvenient and dismissive. We understand that they are busy entertaining other guests, but as a front desk, she should not telling the guests how busy they are and they supposed to greet all guests nicely and appropriate. Overall, Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers a comfortable stay with great food, but the reception service could use improvement to ensure a more welcoming experience for guests.
