The stay was exceptional. The location offered a tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast was nice. The hotel lobby is impressive. Housekeeping services were commendable, particularly the helpful and courteous service provided by Absar.

I had a wonderful and satisfying stay at the Copthorne Hotel Makkah Al Naseem. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists. Room service, especially Mr. Absar, did an excellent job of cleaning and keeping everything organized. The hotel shuttle was also impressive, being both clean and efficient.the breakfast was excellent as well

From the moment of arrival, the Copthorne Hotel impressed with its exquisite style and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by traditional Saudi hospitality of kahwa and dates in the aromatic hallways. While the rooms are pleasant despite compact bathrooms, it's the room service staff, especially Hamid, who truly elevate the experience with their exceptional warmth and professionalism – their genuine friendliness truly exemplifies the joy of hospitality. Highly recommended for both business travelers and those performing Umrah.
