We had an amazing stay at Cochin Zen Hotel in Ho Chi Minh! The staff were incredibly accommodating especially Ngan and Phuc stood out with their warm hospitality and genuine care. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. We also loved the breakfast buffet, there was a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of great service, cozy rooms, and superb food made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Incredible hotel to stay at! I booked it extremely last minute so wasn't expecting much but despite that this was amazing. Very warm , welcoming and helpfyl staff, especially Hazel and Kevin! The room was spacious and the entire hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere to it. Definitely recommend staying here

The hotel enjoys a convenient location near numerous scenic attractions and sightseeing destinations. Several points of interest, including the Cathedral and Ben Than Market, are within walking distance, and a metro station is conveniently located just 500 meters away. The area also boasts a variety of excellent restaurants. Transportation options such as Grab bike or car services are readily available and affordably priced. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness; while minor drainage issues were noted, overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Although my room lacked a window, this did not detract from my stay, offering the added benefit of reduced noise from street traffic. While the walls are not entirely soundproof, nighttime corridor noise was minimal. The hotel features a first-floor spa offering high-quality treatments from skilled and specialized therapists. The breakfast provided was adequate for commencing a day of exploration in Ho Chi Minh City. All staff, including concierge, front office, restaurant, spa, and housekeeping personnel, consistently demonstrated a friendly and helpful demeanor.

My fiance and I had a lovely stay at the Cochin Zen Hotel, excellent service from the moment we checked in and during the whole stay. A huge thanks to Hazel and Marion who helped us with the help of directions around District 1 and sorted out umbrellas when the rain started to pour. Highly recommend Cochin Zen Hotel for anyone looking for an affordable stay in HCMC!
