Immaculate from the very first step on the walkway to every single area of the hotel.With special thanks to Mr Tharinda on his diplomatic way a situation was dealt with. Gift on reception always a cheerful welcoming or departure for day. Ail also for his enthusiasm to assist and have a conversation to all guest and very helpful too. And a thank you to the Engineering crew James and his mate. The room we had was very quite never heard a sound from outside at all spacious , very clean at all times ( so a shout out to Housekeeping too ) . The pool and sun terrace was amazing and had fantastic views. All in all am amazing stay . Thank you one and all Karen and Alison

I loved the place and I might come back again. The reception staff are respectful, friendly and smiling. Rooms are clean refresh, smile good and contained all needs. I felt how much they care about the guest's experience at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many options. They have a restaurant and a pool on the rooftop. They provide concerts on the top. The staff there are friendly and respectful. I would thank Ms. Nada who works there in the morning, she is friendly and wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. I especially want to highlight Pu Film Beam Chok, who was outstanding in every aspect of service — extremely courteous, always smiling, and very attentive to every little detail. She made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such high standards of hospitality!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the great view. The location was perfect—close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. popey was very helpful.

To be honest, from the first day, I can say it was worth it. I was greeted by a lady named Film, she was very nice, very professional, and very smiling. It was my first day, but I felt safe and welcome in this country, so thanks to Film and the rest of the staff. The location was good, almost in the middle of everything, you can get a taxi and you can go to many places. Clean? The room was clean, the bathroom was also very clean. Service? I didn't check anything, but I can say they have good service. The swimming pool? It was good, not very big but it was adequate, you can enjoy the sea view. The space? It's not very big, and it's good for sleeping, and even for relaxing a little. Room type? Twin room with balcony. Price? For all the above, it's good. Finally, I will say thank you to Mrs. Film for the warm welcome, Mrs. Wah Wah, and of course to the hotel manager Tharindu, he treated us well. Thank you for the good service, good room, and good price. I will recommended it for others Thank you.
