Very conveniently located unfussy 3-star hotel with friendly staff and enough amenities. Room was spacious for solo traveler, slight damp smell, but good cost performance. My only complaints are the marble step to get into the bathroom, the strange location of the toilet paper dispenser, and the very high step to get into the shower. The 2nd floor common space, free coffee, and free noodles at night are a nice treat.

We loved this hotel! Extremely clean and modern. They had free laundry and even provided detergent. The staff was friendly and helpful, they booked a massage for us when we couldn’t figure it out ourselves. They even sent a birthday gift up to our room. Absolutely will stay here again!

Our room itself was quite small- 25 sq meters, but having a lounge access more than made up for that- the large lounge area had sofas, a TV , a small kitchen area with cups & plates so you could easily eat-in from food delivery as well as a number of tables where you could work from, if needed. The location can’t be beat, the local MRT was just a block away. We’d definitely stay here again, as the cost was just right & the staff were unbelievably welcoming to foreigners, which was most appreciated. We found this hotel through the EVA Airline website.

Practical, worth the price clean, nice staff, Lounge in the 2/F is the highlight of the hotel, family of 8 can enjoy some gathering time together. Washing machines and dryers are very very useful. 100% recommend??

The hotel provided premium instant noodles in the evening, free washers and dryers for the hotel guests, disinfecting apparatus in the common areas for the guests with their own kitchen wares, etc. Overall Experience: Overall, my stay at CityInn Plus was nothing short of superb. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and amazing amenities made it a truly memorable experience.
