This is located at a quiet side farther from the Taipei Main Station. But the location is still very convenient to go to almost anywhere. The MRT station is nearby. Only a station from Ximending. (In fact, you can actually walk there.) There are breakfast spots near the hotel. A short walk will be the convenience store. A slight longer walk, will reach the supermarket. The room size is reasonable. And the room is clean.

This hotel is worth it if you just want a place to sleep the rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing is we booked a windowless room which was a bit dangerous bc i felt like i could sleep through all my alarms LOL. There is a 711 a few blocks down which fuelled my late night snack cravings so its extremely convenient. There are a few breakfast spots around as well.

A great place for a quick stopover in Taipei, very close to the main station and easy access to the airport. Room was comfy and clean. Staff were really helpful allowing us to store luggage securely until check-in time.

Room space we had was just enough for sleeping and resting. Also reeks of bleach or some of cleaning agent. Can’t open the window which is understandable but suffocating. It’s at the center of the city and very close to the main station. Would be nice to have a smart TV for foreigners so we can plug in YT since we’re non-mandarin speaking. I love the strong water flow and warms up pretty quickly.

had a very, very comfortable stay here. it’s not in a bustling area — the area feels mostly residential with along with some other hotels. dinhua street and taipei main station are walking distance, but far enough for the area to feel very quaint. the hotel being super close to the airport train line really sold me. the concierge mostly stay in the back. didn’t interact with them much aside from checking-in and checking-out. but there’s also a self-service desk for you to do that on your own during off-hours. all of the housekeepers were helpful and friendly. there is a small but sufficient 7/11 around the corner, and the coffee spot across the street, Loop in Neon, is incredible. the building is shared with residents on the top floors (the hotel only occupies floors 1-3). the residents i interacted with on the elevator were friendly. i initially stayed in a window-less room, which was small but totally fine and comfortable. the main issue i had with it was the bathtub. the water pressure of the hotel is insane and a bunch of water kept splashing out and flooded the bathroom floor every time i showered, no matter what i tried to prevent this from happening. the deluxe room itself was quite a bit larger and had a walk-in shower. water still managed to splash out but only a bit compared to the bathtub. if you have the option, go with the deluxe room with the window. one of my favorite parts was the water dispenser in the back of the floor. i had no idea it existed until i extended my stay and switched rooms. full access to clean and purified water. also loved the multiple hooks on the wall. surprised by how practical those were. my only other complaint, in addition to the bathtub water, is that the light bulbs in the rooms are too bright. might sound like i’m nitpicking, but it would make a massive difference if the bulbs were 200-400 lumens less than the ones they currently use. i would absolutely stay here again. it was truly a great stay.
